Projects - Fowler & Flannagan Technologies

Overview

Design & Construction Management of Technology and Telecom centers (5 sites nationwide) for Fowler Flanagan Technology Partners, LLC (various projects throughout the U.S.). Project Highlights Include, Development of conceptual design parameters for technology requirements for various; mission critical facilities (switching, co-location, data, and web hosting centers); Development of base-building electrical/mechanical systems for modular multi-level facilities; Design of 20/30 MVA, 34.5/15 KV Electrical primary distribution networks and chilled water systems to accommodate growth in technology centers; Coordination with regulations to insure implementation of permit process, code compliance, fire safety, and environmental requirements; Management of facility construction and systems installation; Responsible for plans & execution of telecom, security, and UPS power critical system deployment; Training of systems operators/users, maintenance and ongoing support.
