Overview
CSIE was responsible for building engineering and related construction and/or building alteration work providing all labor, materials and supervision to perform any new work, additions, reco* demolitions and any related supplies or services to the DOT Building.
CSIE provided continuing on-site facility maintenance specialist for routine and recurring HVAC maintenance for 1M sf facility. Also, provide routine and emergency maintenance of main computer room UPS System.
Initial task in support of the Transportation Computer Center (TCC) required the replacement of two chillers, relocation of air conditioners, re-piping of TCC Chillers, installation of Trane Display computer subsystem to monitor units and the installation of Liebert 5-ton AC System for the NASSIF Building. Additional tasks under way in support of DOT’s are TASC Operations and the TCC Contractor, DynCorp.
Services performed by CSIE included: Construction management, mechanical engineering, electrical technology, HVAC and plumbing work.
