Overview
CSIE completed work on a design-build/ fixed price renovation project for Building 144. This was a 24,000 sq.ft. single-story dining facility that was converted into offices. The renovation work was comprised of asbestos removal, exterior demolition, new roofing, exterior façade renovation, new electrical systems, new mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems, new interior partitions and finishes. This was a fast-tracked project and was completed for occupancy on schedule.
Services performed by CSIE include: Architectural (interior), mechanical engineering, fire protection and electrical technology.
