CSIE provided programming, planning, design and engineering, and construction monitoring services for multiple COLO.COM Network Data Co-location Facilities throughout the United States. Sites ranged in size from 25,000 sf to 50,000 sf. Features of the projects included the following:

• Coordination and compatibility design for infrastructure hardware to support managed data systems and server farms;
• Design and engineering of architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, environmental systems,
• Systems hardware selection and implementation planning
• Telecommunications
• Facility space planning and DC plant engineering
• Design of cable runway systems for data and power distribution
• Security and uninterruptible 24x7 power distribution design and construction management
• Management of infrastructure and critical systems implementation
• Facility systems testing and commissioning.
