August 2006

CSIE welcomes new Management team member James Pfefferkorn, P.E.  Mr. Pfefferkorn has joined CSIE as Director of Projects.  James has over 28 years of experience which has included corporate management, project management and information technology. 

For the third year in a row CSIE has been selected by Deloitte & Touche, LLP as one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Maryland for 2006.  Deloitte will announce the official 2006 rankings in October.

CSIE welcomes new team members - Joanne Mayer and Tina Le.  Joanne has joined as the Executive Assistant to Dave Ghosal, CEO and Tina is joining the Accounting Departmnet as Bookkeeper.

Once again CSIE has been selected by Deloitte & Touche, LLP as one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Maryland for 2005.  Deloitte selected CSIE to be ranked among the 50 fastest technolgoy companies from a competitive array of firms.  Deloitte will announce the official 2005 rankings in October.

August 2005

CSIE Welcomes New Team Member- Eric Fournier, Sr. Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager as well as Sarah Hamilton, Proposal and Marketing Coordinator.

CSIE is currently providing the following services:   Architectural and Interior Design, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Systems, Network Operations Center (NOC), Security, Telecommunications and Cable Plant design and Signage.

CSI Engineering, PC. (“CSIE”) was honored by Deloitte & Touche co-sponsor Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering Hale & Dorr, LLP., as 11th of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in both Maryland and Virginia.

The Technology Fast 50, and Fast 500 were created to recognize the phenomenal achievements and contributions of fast-growing technology companies.  CSIE placed 11th overall out of the Technology Fast 50 companies in Maryland !  The competition revealed a who's who of technology companies in the Maryland/Virginia area, with a distribution of 68% public, and 32% private companies, representing a competitive field from information technology, engineering services, software development, biotechnology, security and communications services, among others.  CSIE enjoyed a warm reception hosted by Deloitte and Wilmer, Cutler, where Fast 50 firms were recognized for their contribution to the areas regional growth.  Next year, CSIE hopes to do even better by placing in the Top 10.

CSIE receives Letter of Commendation from Facilities Officials at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District for Excellence in the Provision of Design Engineering Services in support of Homeland Security and Force Protection initiatives for key Government Agency.

March 12, 2004 - CSIE wins contract supporting one of the Nation's largest Power Companies!

CSIE was selected and awarded an important contract for Program Management services with Dominion Power Resources, one of the nation's largest producers of energy utilizing electric and natural gas power serving 5 million retail customers in nine states.

February 20, 2004 - Andrews Air Force Base

The reliability of CSIE's 13.8 kV electrical primary distribution system designed and constructed at Andrews Air Force Base has earned CSIE additional contractual scope for the Navy ROICC at Andrews.
